Lightweight structural sandwich panels produced in-house using combinations of aluminum, carbon or glass fiber skins with lightweight, rigid honeycomb or foam core. We produce a standard set of panels as well as panels specific to individual customer requirements including edge frame and insert fittings.

Gusset Panels »
We laminate custom solid gusset panels of carbon or glass fiber with high temperature capability. These panels are typically cut to desired shape and then used to support large tools or parts during layup and cure.
