We offer the complete range of tooling materials from original master materials to prepreg and backing structure materials. Our HX series prepreg is available worldwide and our HX42 system is currently used extensively in Europe for a wide range of aerospace development programs.

Tooling Prepreg
Our low-temperature cure epoxy tooling prepregs have become benchmark products across the workshops of motorsport and aerospace alike. It has a reputation for reliability, excellent surface finish, ease of handling and longevity of tool life. With up to 200°C end use temperatures, tools can be produced using a range of materials and methods ok.

Tooling Support Boards
Tooling support boards are used to provide extra stiffness and stability to composite tooling. In some applications tooling support boards are also used as cradling to present composite tooling in a more practical plane for lamination of parts. The Cellite 180 range has also been used as an accurate and thermally stable medium for manufacture of assembly, bonding and checking jigs.

Laminating Systems & Gelcoats
Our epoxy laminating products are typically used in the construction of high-temperature structural tooling. Proven systems are also available with good mechanical properties in ambient to medium-temperature component applications.
