Out-of-autoclave Prepreg

Out-of-Autoclave systems let designers laminate a range of components quickly and more efficiently in a non-autoclave environment while achieving an excellent surface finish. This method allows more flexibility in manufacturing, requires less expensive tooling and gives significant energy savings. The method utilizes a new type of prepreg that can be consolidated using lower pressures, achieved by vacuum bagging only, eliminating the need for high pressure autoclaves.
