Prepreg

A complete range of prepreg systems that have been developed, tested and proven over the last two decades. Available in woven or unidirectional (UD) reinforcements, with curing temperatures from 50°C (122°F) to 175°C (347°F) and end-use temperatures as high as 330°C (626°F).

Low-temperature Prepreg »

Low-temperature curing component prepreg incorporates epoxy resin systems with a range of viscosities, pre-impregnated into high-performance fibers such as carbon, glass and kevlar. They are designed for rapid manufacturing and often do not require autoclaves.

Out-of-autoclave Prepreg »

Out-of-Autoclave systems let designers laminate a range of components quickly and more efficiently in a non-autoclave environment while achieving an excellent surface finish. This method allows more flexibility in manufacturing, requires less expensive tooling and gives significa...

Tooling Prepreg »

Amber Composites low-temperature cure epoxy tooling prepregs have become benchmark products across the workshops of motorsport and aerospace. They have a reputation for reliability, excellent surface finish, ease of handling and longevity of tool life. With up to 200°C end-use te...

Mid-temperature Prepreg »

Mid-temperature prepreg is designed for structural components in motor racing, marine, aircraft fittings, sports equipment and almost any other composite application.

Fire Retardant Prepreg »

Amber's fire retardant epoxy prepreg is designed to meet the same performance as standard products, with the added benefit of qualified fire testing under FAR 25.853 appendix F (ii).
