Performance engineered product. High Tg, still retaining high structural values at elevated temperatures. Good fracture toughness. Excellent handleability suitable for molding complex shapes. Selected range of reinforcements include carbon, glass and aramid, covering weights from 120g to 850g.
Designed for primary structures in automotive applications.
Key Characteristics:
- Glass transition temperature 195°C(383°F) with suitable post-cure
- Medium tack level, easily laminates to mold surface
- Excellent drapeability - for complex shapes easily formed
- Good fracture toughness
- Autoclave, vacuum bag or press cures
- 1 month shelf life at ambient temperature
- Low volatile content - no solvents used during processing
